…ion. (#6853) What is the motivation for this PR? The test gap was identified during testing. The losslless traffic should not have any drops during the over-subscription of any port. How did you do it? Added 2 files for the test and the helper file. How did you verify/test it? Ran the script 3 times, all passed. Run time was 220 seconds.

Description of PR
Adding 2 files to provide coverage for testcase listed below.
The test does the following :
Test verifies that the lossless traffic does not have any drops when there is oversubscription. Lossy traffic will have drops on oversubscription.
Setup:
Disable pfcwd in the DUT.
Setup traffic streams for all lossless and lossy priorities.
a) Total lossless traffic is at 80% outgoing port linerate.
b) Total lossy traffic adds up to more than the outgoing linerate.
Verify that lossless traffic has no dropped packets at all.
Verify that the lossy traffic has dropped packets.
