What is the motivation for this PR? pc/test_po_cleanup.py/test_po_cleanup and pc/test_po_cleanup.py/test_po_update_io_no_loss failed at loganalyzer, it's a known issue, Broadcom is fixing it but not sure when it's finished. Ignore these 3 ERR logs for now, will remove it after the issue is fixed.
