please close this PR, which does't fix the pending state. See #1123 (comment) for more details. More precisely, the fix in #814 is wrong, we need to use the same hash param for runtime_api and introduce the inherent data of timestamp to fix aura error. |

noticed 4 RPC tests failing on polkadot-v1.0.0 branch. Merge with latest master fixes it
