Add "make build-report" target to slave.mk that runs the timing report and dependency analysis after a build completes. Why I did it
Fixing 1x10G DPB mode in Mellanox-SN2700-D40C8S8 as it was causing sonic-cfggen to fail.
How I did it
Added correct mode format in hwksu and platform.json Mellanox-SN2700-D40C8S8 for 1x10G
How to verify it
Using sonic-cfggen verify it works fine
