Description of PR
This PR adds changes for adding Multi-ASIC support for generic config updater (GCU) in existing test_mmu_dynamic_threshold_config_update suite.
Original ticket that got splitted: #14070
This change has a dependency on common changes added via #15182
This change has a dependency on changes realted to function verify_orchagent_running_or_assert to support MA and are added via dependency ticket #15183
