update hooks documentation to cover new hooks: pre_build_and_install_loop_hook, post_build_and_install_loop_hook, pre_postiter_hook, post_postiter_hook, cancel_hook, fail_hook

• Includes failure hooks, as well as build_and_install_loop hooks
• Detail information about hook parameters.
• Correct some small typos.
  - I am unsure about the postiter hook and what it does, and whether it even has pre and post variations
  postiter seems to be not callable, thus I have remove it.
  postiter will be implemented in a future version, adding to docs...

Notes:

• postiter hooks were partially added in add support for multi_deps easyconfig parameter (syntactic sugar for iterative list of builddependencies) easybuild-framework#2813, but only become available to use with add postiter hook to the list of steps so the corresponding hook can be used easybuild-framework#4316
• fail hooks added in Implement hooks for failure scenarios: crash_hook, cancel_hook, fail_hook easybuild-framework#4315
• build_and_install_loop hooks added in add build_and_install_loop hooks to run before and after the install loop for individual easyconfigs easybuild-framework#4304
• single_extension hooks added in add pre/post extension hook that is triggered before/after individual extension installations easybuild-framework#4193
