HFE Fix new test failures

Describe the bug

Following the latest release of Hash Field Expiration there are some test failures to address:

1. https://github.com/valkey-io/valkey/actions/runs/16764211125/job/47466031130 - Valgrind issue with vset defrag
2. https://github.com/valkey-io/valkey/actions/runs/16754537665/job/47433388425?pr=2431 - fail in active expiry test
