The
compose_build_argsindocker.rsused for contract verification overcomplicates this feature integration in other CLI's. #2172 was an improvement but not enough, so this PR makes it fully generic allowing other CLIs to provide implementations that match their needs.I reverted #2172 for the implementation used by
cargo contract, so it's in the same state as it was before that PR
