Updates the Block Workspace edit view routing and tab rendering to fix broken tab navigation in block editors (notably where “Content/Generic” tab fails to switch views), cherry-picking behavior from #21672.
Changes:
- Re-arranges route creation to use an explicit empty-path route (instead of redirect) that resolves to the first available route.
- Refactors tab rendering into a dedicated
#renderTab()helper and adjusts active-tab detection logic. - Adds
nothingrendering for cleaner conditional tab output.

This is still broken in 17.2 (and 17.2.1) any block that had generic tab and a composition still broken in the view editor. |

This is a cherry pick of the fix of the navigation issue, which is solved as part of: #21672
This re-arranges the routes, removes the empty path redirect to instead make an empty path route that displays the first possible route. As well adjusts the logic for when a tab is active and refactors the rendering to use a decidated render method for each tab.
