Tiptap RTE: Upgraded to latest v3.x

Description

Upgrades the Tiptap dependencies to v3.16.0, (the latest on the v3.x branch).

The TextDirection extension is now part of Tiptap core, I have removed our custom extension code and deprecated our export.

The import statement attempts to import a named export 'extensions' from externals.js, but externals.ts only has 'export * from @tiptap/extensions' which re-exports individual named exports, not a namespace object called 'extensions'. This will cause a runtime error. To fix this, either import TextDirection directly with 'import { TextDirection } from @tiptap/extensions'' in externals.ts and re-export it, or change this import to use the correct named export if @tiptap/extensions v3.16.0 exports TextDirection as a named export.

This is incorrect, as extensions is exported from the @tiptap/core package.

I think Copilot might be on to something here. Currently, the build fails due to the following reason:

src/packages/tiptap/extensions/text-direction/text-direction.tiptap-extension.ts(13,14): error TS4023: Exported variable 'TextDirection' has or is using name 'TextDirectionOptions' from external module "/home/vsts/work/1/s/src/Umbraco.Web.UI.Client/node_modules/@tiptap/core/dist/index" but cannot be named.

@iOvergaard I managed to reproduce this locally by using the npm run build:for:npm script. The error came down to Tiptap not exporting the TextDirectionOptions interface. I was able to work around this by extending the built-in TextDirection with our own UmbTiptapTextDirectionOptions.
