Use combobox list for App Language dropdown

Replace uui-menu-item with + for built-in keyboard navigation and add descriptive aria-label to trigger button for better accessibility.

A few things I found during testing:

• If I use enter to open/close the language select, it only works one time. When it closes, it is not possible to open it again. Can you investigate what is happening here?
• To align with what you are doing with the tags editor, I think we should prevent tabbing away from the language selector while the popover is open. You might already have this code for the tags input.

I noticed that we use a click event listener on the combobox-list-option. I investigated a bit in the UI Library and found that the uui-combobox-list dispatched a change event when something is selected in the list. I ran into an issue, though, that this event is not dispatched when selecting with Space, so the click event will do for now. At some point, we might want to investigate why Space doesn't trigger a selection so we can listen for changes the "right" way.

Summary
Improve accessibility of the App Language dropdown: full keyboard support and proper focus.

Changes:
-Use uui-menu-item instead of combobox-list-option on the render option because I have more control and understanding of it, also was the original code and we are able to keep the style
-Trigger: handle Enter/Space to open.
-On open: move focus to the first option (Tab from trigger).
-Options: handle ArrowUp/Down; Enter/Space to select.

How to test
-Focus the trigger; press Enter or Space → popover opens.
-Press Tab once → focus lands on first option.
-Use ArrowUp/Down → focus moves between options.
-Press Enter or Space → language changes and popover closes; focus returns to trigger.

Summary
Replaces uui-menu-item options with uui-combobox-list / uui-combobox-list-option since combobox provides standardized, accessible keyboard and focus behavior out of the box, reducing custom key handling.
