The move of JavaDoc is determined as deleted and re-created. Should be move.

The documentation is moved from field FIELD_FORMATTER_CLEANUP_PATTERN to method parseActions
and from file FieldFormatterCleanups.java to FieldFormatterCleanupMapper.java
