* refactors AssetDetail and related helpers to allow for Soroban tokens * Adds Soroban specific asset details * adds composed Asset type

Refactors AssetDetail and related helpers to support Soroban tokens.
Shows empty transaction history until we add Soroban tx history.
Hides send button until payments work is done(wip now), hides swap button until swap is more fleshed out.
Displays token symbol, long name, and balance.
