* [config_mgmt.py]: Sonic Config Mgmt Class. configMgmt class provides methods to validate config, to delete and add ports with Dynamic Port Breakout, to find the diff in config and to update config DB. * [config_mgmt.py]: Get Default config for ports in Add list. Get Dfault config for ports which are created during Dynamic Port Breakout. Also, added code to read config from Redis Config DB. * [config_mgmt.py]: Create Config to Load from json diff and write to ConfigDB. * [config_mgmt.py]: Added Description of few functions. * [config_mgmt.py]: Fixing import as per sonic switch location * [config_mgmt.py]: Add source as file and add logging to file support. Config reload and load commans will verify config. For Config load, verification is not mandatory for incremental config support.. * [config_mgmt.py]: Minor updates to address review comments.
