What I did
Handle outbound_direction_lookup for DASH_APPLIANCE_TABLE.Why I did it
To unblock vnet-vnet tests which relies on the default value of SAI_DASH_ENI_MAC_OVERRIDE_TYPE_SRC_MACHow I verified it
By running vstests and sonic-mgmt tests and ensuring that the default value for SAI_DIRECTION_LOOKUP_ENTRY_ATTR_DASH_ENI_MAC_OVERRIDE_TYPE is set to SAI_DASH_ENI_MAC_OVERRIDE_TYPE_SRC_MAC when no value is specified.Details if related
