Move all IXIA-based test cases (ECN/PFC/PFC watchdog) to ixia folder
Support enabling/disable packet aging feature (only for Mellanox platform)
Test one switch port instead of all the switch ports
How did you verify/test it?
I did test using Arista 7060, Mellanox SN2700 and IXIA chassis
Any platform specific information?
Supported testbed topology if it's a new test case?
