Summary: Fix the credential management for docker methods.

What is the motivation for this PR?
Before we hard-coded access to the docker repo credentials which was really insecure and clunky. This PR takes advantage of the creds fixture that has been added to read the necessary credentials from the docker_registry file.
How did you do it?
Moved from
secret_varstocreds.How did you verify/test it?
Ran locally, verified that the correct variables are retrieved when
load_docker_registry_infois called.Any platform specific information?
Supported testbed topology if it's a new test case?
