What is the motivation for this PR?
#1851 Added ipv6 address column in vtestbed csv file to support TACACS ipv6 testing. The same change should be done in testbed.csv file as well.
How did you do it?
Add a new column in testbed.csv for ptf_ipv6 ip address.
How did you verify/test it?
Run any test on testbed to make sure the test runs.
Any platform specific information?
Supported testbed topology if it's a new test case?
