Pull request overview
This PR updates the src/sonic-platform-daemons git submodule pointer on master to a newer upstream HEAD, bringing in recent changes from sonic-platform-daemons (including the DOM_INFO_UPDATE_PERIOD platform-specific change and thermalctld refactors referenced in the PR description).
