#### What I did 1. upstream [Azure.sonic-swss](https://dev.azure.com/mssonic/build/_build?definitionId=15&_a=summary) keep failing at vstest, however the build artifacts should be good to download 2. Fix path of build_and_install_module

- What I did
Copy files for 7050-QX32S to 7050-Q31S4. Changed port_config.ini and sai.profile. Add hwsku-init files for both hwskus.
The broadcom config is not included since they are in the container for this release.
