Why I did:
As part of this 1d84e0d
sonic.targetwas moved from LLDP Service to LLDP Timer Service. But as part of this #17133 lldp timer service was removed but thesonic.target as part of Installnot added again.Without this change LLDP servie do not restart as part of
load_minigraphandconfig reloadand will not take any config change update.How I did:
Added Install flag again
