this commit is to pull in a fix to support json attr value-type by sairedis
How I did it
advance reference point to src/sonic-sairedis, that takes one incremental commit from sonic-sairedis repo

The fix has been verified with new unit-test added as part of
sonic-net/sonic-sairedis#1152
