After correcting the syntax , It is still throwing an assertion error due to the values not being the same -

sklearn_result = sklearn_classification_report(np_y_true, np_y_preds, output_dict=True)

According to #2444 there is something wrong in the implementation and tests of ClassificationReport.

Let's add pytest.mark.xfail to the failing test and submit the PR.
