pixi workspace channel add does a pixi update #5077

Reproducible example

Commands I ran and their output:

pixi workspace channel add https://my.channel.com

See a bunch of unrelated changes to my packages:

Issue description

Unrelated packages in my pixi.lock file are updated when I add a channel. I can manually go through and add it to the environments.default.channels array without updating the packages, but it would be nice if pixi let me do this by default.

Expected behavior

Just add the channel, don't update packages
