This changes bump the value for
MaxPermanentSlotsandMaxTemporarySlotsfor assigned_slots pallet to100.At the moment Kusama > 40 parachains and the limit of slots this pallet would assign is restricted to this values, currently being 40.
As well as bumping the lenght of
TemporarySlotLeasePeriodLengthto5after the feedback received from the community, currently this value is3.
