Headers relay may be started now with
--only-mandatory-headerscli option, meaning that it'll only relay mandatory headers. By default this mode isn't enabled.On-demand headers relay now would only submit mandatory headers when
maximal_headers_differenceis reached. Previously it was relaying headers up to the best finalized header on source node, meaning that either one or two headers may have been relayed (assuming thatmaximal_headers_differenceis the average session length) - mandatory and non-mandatory best finalized.
