Error 404 for collaborators trying to edit Wiki pages

I am a collaborator. I created my github account 3 days ago.

I am getting a 404 Error page when I try to edit a wiki page or create a new page.

my situation seems to be exactly like in this previous discussion:

the owner of the repo that i'm trying to edit wiki of has already:

• ensured I have correct access to the repository with at least "Write" permissions
• Made sure the wiki feature is enabled in the repository settings
• Verified that I am using valid page names and the correct URL format for editing

I've tried using a different browser (to bypass any any cache/cookie issue) and checked GitHub's status page.

What can I try next? why am I unable to edit a wiki of a repository that I am a collaborator on?

the answer is that my account had been flagged and I had to reach out to Github support via a reinstatement request to get full functionality.

their reasoning was "Sometimes our abuse detecting systems highlight accounts that need to be manually reviewed."
