Compatibility 8.0.0 with apps and server

If we plan to use v8 with upcoming Nextcloud 28 then some apps and server have to be adjusted:

• NcMultiselect and NcMultiselectTags was removed and needs to be replaced with NcSelect and NcSelectTags

  • Server is clean but apps still use it: currently 74 files

• NcPopoverMenu was removed and needs to be replaced #4081

  • server - updatenotification
    • fix(updatenotification): Remove deprecated NcPopoverMenu and use NcActions instead nextcloud/server#39106
  • server - files_sharing
    • files_sharing: Remove orphaned file with deprecated imports nextcloud/server#39103
  • server - settings, server - settings
    • fix(settings): Migrate away from deprecated NcPopoverMenu nextcloud/server#39073

• NcAppNavigationCounter was removed and needs to be replaced #4096

  • app - notes
  • app - deck
  • app - bookmarks
  • server - settings, server - settings
    • fix(settings): Migrate away from NcAppNavigationCounter nextcloud/server#39102

• excludeClickOutsideClasses was removed (with replacement) #4088

  • app - calendar
  • server - core
    • Migrate deprecated vue property nextcloud/server#39038
  • app - notifications
    • fix(Vue): Replace deprecated NcHeaderMenu property  nextcloud/notifications#1597

• NcModal internal div container layout was changed and some hacks need to be reverted

  • app - calendar remove some custom modal overrides from css/app-settings.scss to fix scrolling

Moreover a bunch of properties got renamed

Migration guide

• There is now a convenient css variable, --app-navigation-padding, to set the padding of content to the top of NcContent. Meaning e.g. for the first app navigation item, or the position of the navigation toggle. (see #3278)
