Need more changes after the eth bridge merges

  • Change the balance key to #Multitoken/{token}/balance/{owner}
  • Minted amount (total supply) is tracked by #Multitoken/{token}/balance/#Mint
  • Multitoken VP checks their changes
  • Remove sub_prefix
  • Modify the IBC mint/burn
