I think the tests shouldn't be disabled. That would only hide the error. Please review and merge #53 @edwardalee |

As indicated in this PR: lf-lang/benchmarks-lingua-franca#70
the Rust benchmark tests no longer work, giving a compile error.
These are blocking all progress in lingua-franca.
This PR disables those tests in this repo.
