added logout action for IdpController with idp_slo_authenticate(email) and idp_make_saml_slo_response(person) methods. added saml_slo_post view. added validate_saml_slo_request, decode_SAML_SLO_Request and encode_SAML_SLO_Response methods in controller.

Added the feature for user to logout from one instance and send single logout request to idp for log out the session.
I was able to single sign in and wanted to have th feature of single log out.
