This PR improves the KServe logo and icon to be more professional and aesthetically pleasing.
The old logo appears distorted (stretched vertically) and has artifacts on the internal arrow.
Furthermore, the old logos are not stored in square files, which makes them hard to use, so I have made the SVGs 256x256 and PNGs 1024x1024 px respectively.
