Spatial Trajectory Visualization

This data was collected from videos of individual rats in an open-field experimental setting to support work published in eLife, 2023.

The behavioral filtering was performed to investigate ACC place tuning of linearly opposing traversal paths taken by rats during open field movement, using the OpenCV-based neural image processing tool, CaImAn
