Observed issue #6429

In think update Jackson 2.20 to 2.21 is the path forward compatibility

I just tested with

PLUGINS=junit,jackson2-api,jackson3-api bash local-test.sh

It confirm aligning jackson2-api and jackson3-api fixes the junit issue
