bug: Disable provider still show up as option in old thread #5659

Version: 0.6.4
Describe the Bug
A disable provider (both local and remote) still show up as usable option in old thread that was using that provider. It doesn't appear when clicking to extend the dropdown, only appear on the visible tab.
Steps to Reproduce
- Choose a provider and chat
- Go to settings disable the provider
- Go to an old thread that use that provider
- The provider is still active and usable but no option for it in the dropdown
