bug: "Three dots" don't appear on thread title hover - possibly on touch screen windows

Describe the Bug

On one of my 2 computers, the 3 dots that allow to delete a thread/chat do not appear on mouse hover. On the other system, everything is fine. Clean 0.6.1 install.

Also (not sure if related), I can't see the file upload icons and other elements in the chat input window. This is an issue on both Windows 11 PCs I have access to.

oh @thr-4 may I know what's the build number are you using please?
the expectation doesn't look like it's a stable build at all
as we already removed file upload, MCP. Token speed component was moved to assistant response instead (showing for each response)

I was checking v0.6.11 on a windows Pro and can open the context menu...

Good to know the removal of the upload feature is not a bug -- I was confused as it's been mentioned in release notes (and it used to work in earlier versions).

I'm on 0.6.1, fresh install. I tried to hit the reset button, application re-started, but nothing changed, actually. I am wondering if it's related to the fact that I have a custom data location set. It's not a deal breaker so let me play with it for a little more and see.

I have uninstalled the app, manually deleted the data folder and the app folder, re-installed, but the problem still persists. I am wondering if this is possibly related to my computer being a 2-in-1 (although I am using it in laptop mode with keyboard and monitor attached).

Oh I see, it has touch screen...
We haven't tested on this device, let our FE master @urmauur take a look and probably we may deliver a nightly build for you to test it out (only if you volunteer)
