bug: Jan deletes / moves all data in Data folder path

Describe the Bug

For "move data folder" operation or Factory Reset operation, Jan operates all of the data under configured data folder path (not matter if it's a Jan folder).

Also, on Windows, Jan allows to specify data folder path at disk root (e.g. "D:/").

Like this, if you misclick, a user can perform (already performed, by the way):

1. Move Jan Data folder to D:/
2. Try to move it to another location
3. Get an error due to lack of space in target location
4. Try to factory reset Jan
5. Get all of the data in D:/ deletes without ability to restore from Trash Bin.

Please add some handler, this is a bit ... too permissive IMHO.
