Fixing the MorhAnim.glsllib to properly compile on android (and gles devices in general).

Also fixed that gl2.glEnable(GL2.GL_VERTEX_PROGRAM_POINT_SIZE); was being called for gles3 devices and this is not supported in any version of GLES.
