Remove lock file from repo and update deps

I was wrong about pushing lock for to repo (#220, #226).

• Yarn@2 changed lock file format. Current lock file need to be updated. But people can use npm instead yarn.
• Lock file for end projects, not libraries.

While lock file was not included in published package it was able add some confusion.

Also applied sort-package-json for package.json files.
