We have not updated the magnetic model for 5 years. This PR updates the model to the current International Geomagnetic Reference Field (IGRF) model.
Note that the current model is valid to 2025.
We should really update this data more frequently, at least when a new model is published, rather than just before it becomes obsolescent.
