This PR removes max_throtlle setting and replaces it with hardcoded:

  • 1850 for rovers and boats
  • 2000 for everything else

Bear in mind, this does not change max power output of motors! This is scaling related only and should help with readability of some settings and blacbox logs. DSHOT outputs is not changed!

Standard/OneShot/Multishot ESC have to be recalibrated for INAV 8

DSHOT users are not affected

Drop max_throttle settings and set it hardcoded to 1850 for
