For M10 GNSS to use Glonass and Beidou concurrently, they must use B1C rather than B1I for Beidou.
This is due to reduced hardware vs the M9.
B1I (aka B1) will still be used when Glonass is not used because it has better performance.
Existing code had a bug in the version check - it would consider the current firmware, ~ 30.0, to be old.
Further documentation provided in #9623, which I may come back to for M9 updates if needed for future U-Bblox firmware updates.
