Hi,

it's support for teraranger evo family lidars. Rangefinder contains two interafaces, serial and I2C, I decided to use I2c becasue it's better use UART for more clever devices. TeraRange lidars don't have any settings, so communication over I2C seems to be better solution.

https://www.terabee.com/wp-content/uploads/2021/02/User-Manual-for-TeraRanger-Evo-single-point-distance-sensors-and-backboards.pdf

Code is tested with 60m version. All EVO family lidars from tera have same I2C address and even they return same value for "who I am" query.

Bad weather here so it's tested only inside. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=tUUuTeus6u8
