Provides a developer mode for ground testing. Mode disables motors whilst keeping throttle active and also forces heading trusted on fixed wing to allow Nav modes to work just with GPS position data. Selectable from CMS menu with warning message displayed in OSD when active (just in case you're wondering why the motors won't run).
