Previous fix for the up and down arrows for the relative altitude (ESP32 radar) didn't really work because of an INT overflow, source of the issue was in the rer-ordering of the OSD chars

Previous fix for the up and down arrows for the relative altitude (ESP32 radar) didn't really work because of an INT overflow (Hud symbols moved from below 255 to above popped the bug in the char[] )
