Update arming screen for better space utilisation

• Added function to detect if and OSD element is enabled on the current or all OSD layouts. In a future PR, the may be used to streamline the osdIncElementIndex function?
• Rearranged arming screens to make better use of space, depending on what OSD elements are active. For example, if the home coordinates are allowed to be displayed, it will only show the plus code if there is a plus code on one of the OSD layouts.
• Added stats to the arming screen if there is space.

Tested on HITL only. Will confirm on actual hardware in the future.
