UART3 in GEPRC_F722_AIO shares PB10 and PB11 with I2C2, which is fine in Betaflight, but may cause I2C to not work in INAV, which is why UART3 was not added in the first place. |

Adds the definition for UART3. Tested by a user. This also makes it consistent with the BF target.
