There are three changes compared to `eth-networks/shared/prater`: 1. In `config.yaml`, letter case of `Deneb` is inconsistent here. 2. `deposit_contract_block_hash.txt` is missing here. 3. `genesis_deposit_contract_snapshot.ssz` is available here. Fix letter case for (1) and add file for (2), keep (3) to allow loading this repo from consensus client software without errors.

A copy of the `prater` network definition is also available in the dedicated `goerli` repo. To avoid having multiple copies of the same data that have to be maintained separately, remove the `prater` config from this repo. - https://github.com/eth-clients/goerli - eth-clients/goerli#179
