Fix tests

PR created just to trigger the CI, and track the progress

Related issues:

• Un-ignore and speed up KeysBackupPasswordTest #5390
• Restore org.matrix.android.sdk.session.room.threads.ThreadMessagingTest that has been ignored due to causing other tests to fail #5441
• Un-Ignore VerificationTest which was flaky #5449
• Investigate integration test failures when all tests run together #5459
• Restore E2EESanityTests after correcting Realm issues. #6152

So the failing tests are:

  Stuck on the loading screen after selecting a use case. Seems like the emulator is loosing internet connection

• im.vector.app.SecurityBootstrapTest > testBasicBootstrap[test(AVD) - 9] @bmarty
