Add alias params declarations in logstash AliasRegistry.yml and manipulate in doc-tools

Overview

logstash repo has a AliasRegistry.yml holds alias mapping declarations. Now, we have cases where we should add the canonical-alias plugin header replacement params to the file. When we generate reference document for the aliased plugin, doc-tools copy canonical plugin doc. We need to change the canonical plugin headers to alias headers.

Acceptance Criteria

Declare header replacement params, manipulate these params in doc-tooling and when generating alias doc. (I will add source code reference once I merge the PR)
